Community Cafe

   Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am until 4 pm

   Drop by for a selection of wonderful cakes, plus fresh served hot food served every day

   Volunteers 

The Cafe is looking for additional volunteers to help with keeping the cafe running. As little as 1.5 hours a week is all that’s needed.

If you are interested, please mention it to Bebe, Clem or anyone at the counter. You’d be a great addition to our team.

Group Functional Fitness with Caroline

Get stronger and fitter within a supportive and friendly community

Every Monday 6:45 – 7:30 pm

Strength and conditioning circuits based sessions with a focus on weights and body weight resistance exercises.

All abilities and experiences. Minimum age 14.

Pay as you go £5.50 per session
