Individual Areas

Small meeting room /  Office: £13.00 / hour (£91.00 / day) – this space has previously been used as a treatment / therapy room

Small Hall: £16.00 / hour (£112.00 / day) 

Main Hall: £20.00 / hour (£140.00 / day)

Evening party bookings from 7 pm in the main Hall – these will be charged at £25.00 / hour for parties up to 70 people and  £35.00 / hour for parties over 70 people. Note: the foyer will be also charged for evening bookings from 7 pm at the standard £13.00 / hour

Kitchen – The cost of this is included if you only make drinks but if you intend to serve / prepare food, there is a £12 charge

Foyer: £13.00 hour (a full day booking is not possible)

Sports Changing Rooms               

£35 per match

Multiple Areas

Main Hall and Small Hall: £32.00 / hour (£224.00 / day)

Whole Premises (excluding changing rooms): £55.00 / hour (£385.00 / day)

Our weekend wedding rate is £1600 for the whole hall from 6 pm Friday to 12 noon on Sunday

All party bookings will be charged for the Foyer and the Main Hall

Specific Uses

Polling Station 

£450 whole day

Additions / Resources

If the building is used by larger groups or open to the public Covid19 safeguards may require sanitising involving a hire gap and additional charge. When a booking request is made this will be considered and potential hirers advised before the booking is confirmed.

The use of our sound system will incur a £25.00 charge.

The use of our stage lighting will incur a £25 charge.

Events using the projector will be charged £25.00


A 1/3 off discount for villagers / parishioners  applies to all the above room hire rates

Weekly users with less than 20 people in their group / class are also entitled to a 10% discount


Please note that for full day bookings for parties / events we require a £100.00 deposit. For evening parties / events we require a refundable £250.00 deposit to cover breakages, damages and extra cleaning if required. Please note that for wedding bookings we require a refundable £500.00 deposit to cover breakages, damages and extra cleaning if required. £250 of this deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 6 months to go before the wedding. For children’s daytime parties we require a refundable £50.00 deposit

Please note:

We kindly request that payment be made no later than 14 days after invoice date

Any long term block bookings are subject to regular review by the Hall committee

For full day bookings and for evening parties / events and for wedding bookings we require 30% payment (non refundable) within 14 days of the booking / invoice date and the balance of payment 30 days prior to the event

Our day rates are for 8 hours. Any additional hours are charged at the hourly rate

We plan to hold these rates through to April 2022 but reserve the right to change them
