Hall Charges from 1st June 2022

INDIVIDUAL AREAS

Small meeting room /  Office: £14.00 / hour (£95.00 / day) – this space has previously been used as a treatment / therapy room

Small Hall: £17.00 / hour (£121.00 / day) 

Main Hall: £22.00 / hour (£151.00 / day)

Evening party bookings from 7 pm in the main Hall – these will be charged at £27.00 / hour for parties up to 70 people & £38.00 / hour for parties over 70 people.
Note: the foyer will be also charged for evening bookings from 7 pm at the standard £14.00/ hour

Kitchen – The cost of this is included if you only make drinks.
                 If you intend to serve / prepare food, there is a £20 charge

Foyer: £14.00 hour (a full day booking is not possible)

Sports Changing Rooms  £38 per match

 

MULTIPLE AREAS

Main Hall and Small Hall: £35.00 / hour (£242.00 / day)

Whole Premises (excluding changing rooms): £60.00 / hour (£416.00 / day)

Our weekend wedding rate is £1750 for the whole hall from 6 pm Friday to 12 noon on Sunday

SPECIFIC USES  Polling Station  £500 whole day

ADDITIONS/RESOURCES and EQUIOPMENT

Our Sound system, stage lighting or projector will incur a £30.00 charge per item.

DISCOUNTS

A 1/3 discount for villagers / parishioners applies to all the above room hire rates (This applies for non-commercial activities only)

Weekly users with less than 20 people in their group / class are also entitled to a 10% discount

PLEASE NOTE

DEPOSITS We require refundable deposits to cover breakages, damages, and extra cleaning if required. Children’s Daytime Parties £50.00; Full Day bookings £100.00; Evening Bookings  £250.00; Wedding bookings £500.00 (£250 of this deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 6 months notice).

Payment to be made no later than 14 days after invoice date.

Any long term block bookings are subject to regular review by the Hall Committee

Our day rates are for 8 hours. Any additional hours are charged at the usual hourly rate.

We plan to hold these rates through to April 2023 but reserve the right to change them
