- Receive the accounts of the charity for the financial year ended 31st December 2019.
- Re-appointment/Appointment of the elected charity Trustees.
- Appoint an auditor for the current financial year.

Due to the current Covid restrictions, which limit the number of people who can gather in one place, this year the AGM will be held via a dedicated ‘Zoom Meeting’ link on the internet. Anyone who wishes to attend the AGM should email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours beforehand. They will then be provided with a link and password to join the meeting at the date/time stated above.
